G.A. Bazerji & Sons (GABS) is a family firm established by Gabriel Amine Bazerji in 1947 and incorporated with his two sons Nabil and Rafic in 1987.
A company bringing together the second and third generation of a family that had been in the automotive, spare parts, tires and accessories business since 1920, year of establishment of the family firm "Amine Bazerji & Sons". The company’s head office was based, at that time, in Aleppo and was the sole distributor of Ford, Oldsmobile, and Opel among other vehicles, trucks and tires, until it started running parallel business in Lebanon in 1963.

Thus, between 1963 and 2005, the company represented and distributed the following automotive brands in Lebanon: Opel, Henchell-Hanomag commercial vehicles, Ceat Tyres, Lancia, Subaru, Suzuki, Maserati, Ferrari, Iveco Commercial vehicles.
At present, GABS is managed by third generation family members, Nabil and Rafic Bazerji and is the sole/exclusive importer and distributor of the following world famous automotive manufacturers/brands:

• Maserati S.p.A, since 1968
• Lancia (Fiat Auto), since 1965
